So I know there were a lot of people out that hadn't played RIPT before(several of which I don't think check this board)..what did everyone think?
I had a blast, even though it did take 3 hrs. to play a round. Man I love this game, it's such a roller coaster. I was out [-O< no wait I'm back in it \:D/ no wait...no it's ok.... @-) What freaking Pete beat me?? #-o Man I hate that guy.... >:P
Like Sean said before we started, it seemed he always had the right card in his hand...then even when he didn't I threw OB on the last hole to lose by 1 stroke b-(
Yep, nice try on the last hole trying to put me behind the tree. Even though my one knee Firebird Tomahawk Roller didn't pay off for me I still prevailed. Just goes to show, you never know with that game. Like I said before, I really used to not like Ript at all but it's become more fun the less serious I take it and just try to mess people up.
Another fun night of Ript...even with all Nick's :(( and he still wins the card :-w Pete we tried to hand it to you...but hole 8 gotcha....

Had 3 cards last night, pretty good turnout for Ript. Each card has it's own payout. Can't wait to play the revenge the way it's suppose to be played next time we play Ript....IN OCTOBER #-o

What a fun round that was last night!!! For those that didn't come, we played Ript Revenge, but we played it like it was suppose to be played this time. Made it a lot more fun that playing the old style way. Although I would say we should do it by score next time instead of skins. To hard to win a skin at Brentwood.

Wow, what a night...MAN I LOVE RIPT!!!! Also what a turn out...for RIPT?? Usually Ript is the low turnout mini, but not last nigth...we had 16 players out for it. As the trend has been, there were sevearl new faces out to this weeks mini again. So I'd like to say welcome to the mini, David, Berrek, and Josh. Also had a few that attend minis everyone once in a while, good you see you guys out Coby and Isaac.

First off as you can see, we found out last night that there is another "Frenchmen" among us, Kevin goes by the name "the frrreeench"(using a real Texas draw). So now we have Frenchie and The Frrreeench. Who knows maybe their brothers =)) They did both win last night! /:)
Ok so the story of the night. Isaac, myself and Nick were all really close in score coming into hole 6. Isaac throws first and is about 10' out, Nick is next so I play a solo teebox card on nick, really nasty....So as he's going to throw Isaac plays the heckle card and Nick goes OB. Once everyone is done driving, I cancel Isaac's first throw. Thinking, no way he's going to put it closer, but boy does he...the throw looks perfect as it leaves his hand, half way there it looks even better.......yup you guessed it HE ACES IT!!!! off a cancelled first drive. Guess he showed me, hehe!!!! Great throw Isaac, I'm still waiting on my cut of that Ace Pot :D
He hit one at last years dubs, but did not pay for the ace pot! So this would be his first money ace, and an awesome story to boot, and doing it to Jason, he he he. If only it could have been to win the card.
