also can we do like a gold, silver, bla bla bla memberships. i mean can i just pay $50 for five years, that way one doesnt have to sign up every year
It would have to go to the board for a vote. New board gets elected this weekend, with the first meeting set for Feb 4th.
I personally would say no, cause that seems like a lot to try to keep up with. 5 guys come into the shop:(stop me if you've heard this one...hehe..)This guy has 2 years left, this guy has 4, and this guy only has 1....opps, but this guy is out of time left.
Doesn't really seem like to much trouble to do it once a year.
shouldnt there by a spread sheet with everyones contact info and membership qualifications. seems like that would be protocol for a club. maybe mike could implement this to the website. then that would even open the door for online voting.
If by spread sheet you mean a folder for each year with all member signup sheets....yes we do. ;) If you mean an excel file with all that info...no thanks. I've got enough club resonsiblities as it is without keeping an excel file updated with current and non-current members. Maybe the next membership director can tackle that one....
Online voting? HA, we have a hard enough time getting enough people to fill each spot. Really there is no need to vote much less a need to vote online.
