When all was said and done.I didn't get my metal tag.I asked Cody why and he gave me the one that he thought should have went to JC.Somebody out there has a metal tag that they shouldn't.Now who are you?
Well it's a little late now, but I put together a bag tag worksheet in Excel. The downside to this is that someone will need a laptop at the next tournament.
I had it ready before the Crush, but running bag tags on top of a tournament is a little much for one person. I'll try to remember to bring my laptop to the WildHair and we can use it then.
Sorry, missed this earlier. It appears that's the way it's going to be since there weren't enough propagators that played that layout. Sundays round for those divisions were from the short boxes on shorter pin placements.
Might check the "Ask Chuck Kennedy" thread on the PDGA board to see if he has any info.
If this is just the way it's going to be: I'd say we need to make sure this doesn't happen next year.
Kind of sucks to have played a sanctioned round and not get a rating for it. They way I see it if I'm not getting a rating for it...I should have been able to drink during it! ;)

We now use a manual process to generate ratings when a pool doesn't have enough propagators playing a layout. Perhaps that round was missed last year. We hope to have future player reports sent to TDs before events to indicate who the props are at the event. There's currently not an easy way for the TD to know what players are props without looking up each one to see if they have a rating based on at least eight rounds. If the TD knows a group might not get ratings, they try to help us use the manual process by providing accurate course lengths.
