 10-10-2012 Weekly update time of the week…This week we have the deadline preregistrations for the Ace Race. We also have a full mini schedule. The Abilene Mayor’s Cup is this weekend. The 1st Annual Basherpalooza is just two weeks away…online signups are open! Then the week after that is a doubles tourney in Brady. I’ve also heard rumor that the Luck of the Draw maybe back on the calendar this year, but I don’t have really any details. Other than that we are still taking votes on what we should do with the fall nightglow schedule.
MINIS

Wednesday’s mini is set for random doubles at Picnic Bend. Teetime is 6pm…bring your lights we will not finish before dark!
Saturday’s mini is also set for random doubles…but at South Concho. 10am teetime!
Sunday is skins at the lake at 2pm.
ACE RACE
Ace Race registration has been open for a few weeks now and will come to a close this Friday! So if whether you want to play or just want to take advantage of the player pack value…get signed up this week! You can sign up with Patty at any Mini he is at, or bring in your form already filled out to Cortese Flag.(I WILL NOT HAVE REGISTRATION FORMS PRINTED OUT)
Date is set for November 3rd
(yes we know they want it done in October, but this was a better open weekend)
This is a pre-registration only event; you must be signed up by Oct. 12th
Location will be at Bright Brewing in Eola, Texas! It will be a different course than we use at the Ice Bowl.
Cost: $25 which is well under the value of the merch. you get for the money!!!
Abilene’s Mayor’s Cup
So far I hear MooseKnuckle is putting together a team…anyone else? The CVDGA has taken all 3 of these championships with the Warlocks taking the 1st and 3rd and Team TNT taking the 2nd. Let’s hope another CVDGA teams make the trip up and keep the Abilene’s Mayors Cup in San Angelo! Good luck!!!

Brownfield’s 1st Annual Basherpalooza
